Where do you deliver and what are the costs?
We currently delivery within London, ON for $10 plus HST. Please contact us if your hoping to have items delivered to areas just outside London’s radius.
Can I pickup my order instead of having it delivered?
Yes, pickup is available. Please be sure to send us an email to arrange a date and time.
Why do you need the phone number of the recipient of my order?
In order to ensure delivery is successful, we must contact the recipient to determine someone will be available to accept the delivery. We do not send out flowers if we have not confirmed with the recipient. Don’t worry, they’ll still be delighted to receive the arrangement, even if they know it’s coming.
Can I specify what colours I would like in my bouquet/floral arrangement?
We ask that you contact us directly to see if we are able to cater to a specific colour palette. We will do our best to include flowers that are as close to what you are looking for as possible.
Will my bouquet/floral arrangement look exactly like the one shown in the product photos?
The product photos are to give you an idea of size and colours that could be used in your bouquet/floral arrangement. No two pieces will be exactly the same. Flowers change throughout the year, so we always ensure that the freshest florals are used in every piece.
Can I order and have flowers delivered on the same day?
At this time, we do not offer same-day delivery. Please contact us to determine availability for same-day in-store pickups or delivery.
Do you offer exchanges or refunds?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
