Will my floral bouquet/arrangement look exactly like the one in the photo?

The images on our website show our aesthetic, style, and the size that the prices reflects. We custom make each arrangement using the best flowers that we receive from our suppliers each week. Our availability of blooms depends on season, as well as availability from our suppliers. If you are looking for a specific colour palette please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I order and have flowers delivered on the same day?

At this time, we do not offer same-day delivery. Please call the store at 519-601-9377 to determine availability for same-day in-store pickups or delivery. 

Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
